Unsolicited SPAM advertising equipment for the Helium IoT network. It uses the now common subject starting with RE: to imply continuation of conversation and it also implies you need to get in early as “the network only requires 1 hotspot per neighborhood”.

Hello,
The Helium IoT Network is coming to Australia.
It is an internet network for smart devices, owned by people.
Would you like to help build it and host a small hotspot device in your home or office?
You would be helping to extend the network’s coverage and, of course, getting paid (rent) to do so each week.
Please visit our site for details and join today to secure your location, as the network only requires 1 hotspot per neighborhood. https://ihubnetwork.net/
Thank You
Dave
