In this case, the usual SPAM coming from Hotmail and Gmail accounts using link shortening services to take you to a company site.
In this example, we end up at seobyaxy.com who claims to be an SEO expert. It’s a shame they don’t know anything about legitimate marketing practices and SPAM laws.
